You know, God always knows just what I need

when I need it. Today I have been battling a migraine. Now usually, I can function through most of them but this was one of my non-functioning migraines. I was able to fix food and things for Leesha but that was about the extent of my movement. Leesha just curled up in bed with me today and we read books and she colored while I snoozed. About 6 pm , it finally went away. The after effects aren't as bad as the ache but it is really weird to have what I imagine a hangover would feel like.

Anyway, I had just finished cleaning up my kitchen and living room and was flipping through the channels on the TV when I came across my favorite women's bible study teacher, Beth Moore. She is so incredibly down to earth and deep. WEll, come to find out that she will be on the show called Life Today every Wednesday. WOOHOOO!! You can also hear her on the website here:

Anyway, this week has been busy! Leesha spent Monday afternoon through Tuesday evening at my in laws house. She had so much fun! She was ready to come home though and honestly, I was ready for her to be home. I did enjoy the quiet while she was gone but after about 4 hours of it, I had to have noise. LOL!! I went and picked her up Tuesday night. Brian and I had a date on Monday night nothing big but it was fun to go out to dinner and not have Leesha interrupting or cleaning up something that had spilled. I also had a review due yesterday so I was able to spend the whole day on Monday just scrapping and reading.

So nothing major going on today. I am trying to get us set up on a schedule and a routine so that our days become more organized and things.

Tomorrow I have to burn more DVD's for church. I keep forgetting to start those and I really need to get them done. We could possibly be going to the zoo tomorrow also and I am helping my good friend take her little one to the Dr. for a follow up visit so we have a busy day tomorrow. Thank goodness Leesha loves to be my helper.
