Update on our family!

Things are going just fine. Leesha is doing wonderfully in school. She loves school and has increased her writing grade to an A. She is sooooo proud of herself. She is still in an Honors Math class on Thursday nights. She loves that as well but comes home very tired. She had her first birthday party sleepover last night. Our pastor's daughter turned 6 this week and they had some girls over to spend the night. Leesha is at this very moment in her bed taking a nap. LOL!! I guess they stayed up until 2:30 or so. She is one tired little puppy but she said she had so much fun! We cut her hair this week as well. It took me 2x to get her hair straight due to her constant movement during the hair cut. So it is a bit shorter than I intended but oh well. I will take a picture and post it soon. This week she is excited about school because they have their Valentine's day party on Thursday and then they have a field trip on Friday. She is looking forward to that.

Brian's work is going well. He has had pretty steady work which we are thankful for. He ended up having to work on my car for a while last night. I guess when we replaced the feul pump on the car; the gasket wasn't put back on tight enough. I went to put gas in my car last night and looked down and gas was coming out from underneath my car. That was a scary situation. I am just beyond thankful that it was easily fixed and not another huge money cost for us.

My work is going well also. I love my job and am thankful that it allows me to be home when Leesha needs me. I am thankful that they work with me as well. We still haven't decided what we are going to do about summertime but I do have some friends who would watch her for me while I worked and they just live around the corner from me. So we will see. I am off to work here in about an hour. I need to get some things done around the house.
