The Fashionista!!

Leesha is determined to start her own fashion statements. Today we didn't have anywhere to go so she went all out. She threw on her Spongebob T-shirt with a pink skirt with a ruffle. She is sporting a red headband in her hair and one around her neck! She is so fashion forward. Yes, she was posing! I almost put the one on her where she was standing on her head but figured since I am her parent; it is my job to uphold her dignity but believe me, I will hold onto it for her future husband someday! hee hee

Today was a nice relaxing day. I love those. Brian has gotten home late from work both days so we haven't been able to visit our friend in the hospital. All we can do is pray though.

By the way, regarding my post on last Friday! I am fine! I really, really am! I had a really bad day. I am not depressed and I promise I will not do harm to myself or anyone else. There were many factors that contributed to that day and I didn't even list half of them on that day. Life happens, bad days happen, a good night's sleep usually makes everything better.

Leesha is doing a wonderful job at night training. She is no longer wearing pull ups at night. I didn't mention it earlier because I didn't want to jinx it. About a week ago, she decided that she was way too big to be wearing pull ups at night so she asked me if she could go without them. I told her sure! Now I was having flashbacks to about 4 months ago when we tried this the first time and she did great for about 3 nights and then bombed from there. I was up changing sheets in the middle of the night at least twice and she only has 4 changes of sheets. So not only was I not getting good sleep but I was doing laundry constantly. Well, *knocking on wood* she has succeeded in going 9 nights without any accidents. I do take her twice before I go to bed but she is doing wonderful!! She is now officially a little girl and no longer a preschooler. WOW!!

Well, I better get off here. I need to be up early to finish getting things ready for the carpet cleaners tomorrow!
